Keith P. Thompson, MD, is a board certified ophthalmologist and founder and CEO of InView. He has 16 years of experience performing refractive surgery.

He completed his undergraduate education at Texas A & M University in College Station and earned his Medical Degree with honors from Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Following an internship in internal medicine, Dr. Thompson completed his Ophthalmology Residency at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, where he developed a research interest in new technologies for refractive surgery. He completed a two-year National Institutes of Health sponsored research fellowship studying corneal wound healing following excimer laser surgery and biomaterials for synthetic corneal lenses. Dr. Thompson also completed a clinical fellowship in cornea and anterior segment surgery at the Emory University Eye Center.

George O. Waring, III is an ophthalmic surgeon with 25 years of experience in vision correction surgery, RK, LASIK, intraocular lens implants and cataract and corneal surgery. He was born in Buffalo, New York, on February 21, 1941. He received his MD degree from Baylor Medical College, Houston, Texas. His ophthalmology training included a residency followed by a Heed Fellowship in corneal disease and surgery at the Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists (FRCOphth, Britain).
